Exchange & Refund Policy (Updated: Aug 2022)

  • Sales items are not allowed for an exchange or refund. If the item is purchased at a 20% discount, it is considered as a sale item. Purchases made using discount codes 5-20% are entitled for an exchange.
  • Return item has to be packed nicely in its original Baby Towkay packaging, with the garment tags intact.
  • Return item must reach us within 2 weeks from the purchase date. Please factor in the shipping duration.
  • All returns will strictly be refunded via store credits – No cash or credit card refund. You may use the store credits to purchase or exchange for other design(s).

  • Your order Number #
  • Reason for the return
  • For defect pieces, please attach clear photos of the defect part

You will need to return the garments to us via your own arrangements and costs. We advise that you use a traceable courier method as we are not liable for any missing parcels. We will process the request only when we receive the return pieces.
